Accountability with Self

What does it look and feel like to be accountable with ourselves?

In my opinion, this is a challenging practice. It takes so much focus, intention, reflection, awareness, discernment and lots of other energy and attention. Let’s circle up and explore together what it looks and feels like to be accountable to ourselves, with ourselves, for ourselves. Carve out 90 minutes to reflect in this way and experience the support of other people in the same inquiry for themselves.
